Tools of the trade

By design, I think this room is some kind of larder or store cupboard, but it now serves as a display and store for the stonemasons. Woodchester serves as an invaluable site for training new stonemasons. The object in the foreground is a bit of guttering/eavestroughing. It's upside-down, and one day would channel water from the roof into a carved stone down-pipe.

Thanks for stopping to take a look.
