Larch moon

I'm always intrigued by the orange-ish "glow" that larches have in the winter, and how it contrasts with blue skies (on the rare occasions that we see them).

This was just before sunset; the "treatment" is just to remove all blue and some yellow light from the mix in the conversion to B&W. Removing the blue darkens the sky; reducing the yellow darkens the trunk and main branches of the tree.
