Interesting day... I've seen wolf spiders carrying their little egg sacks around with them (my garden is teeming with them at the moment); I'd also read that when the eggs hatch, the spiderlings cling to the mother's back for a few days.

But, despite looking, I'd never seen that. Until today. :-)
