Where the worlds meet

Another dive into the murky pool of the archives... New Year's Eve, ten years ago (if you see what I mean). It was windy and cold, so I ventured out onto the old Severn Bridge to watch the sun set behind the (then) new one.

I didn't think much about it at the time, but what strikes me now is the "floating" strip of orange and steel between the two expanses of matching blue. I just wish I'd taken another shot so I could extend it upwards (without cheating... ;-)
